The arrangement I received from my son is probably the most beautiful one I've ever received. Only negative was the delivery. It was Mothers Day and I know how busy florist get on this day. I did talk with the delivery guy when I wasn't home at first attempt to deliver. I gave him our gate code and permission to leave arrangement on the porch. He was to deliver it on Sunday but I didn't get it until Monday morning when a very nice young man delivered the flowers. I will say it was worth the wait as the arrangement is gorgeous. I will use this florist in the future.

I HAVE TOLD MY DRIVERS NOT TO LEAVE THE FLOWERS BECAUSE IT
CAN RUIN THEM I HAD ONE CUSTOMER HER ROSES WAS LEFT AT DOOR AND THEY WERE HOT. THE ROSES WERE TOTAL OPEN AND SHE DID NOT DID NOT ENJOY THEM SO WE REPLACED THEM EVEN AFTER THE CUSTMER INSISTED THAT WE LEFT THEM IT IS BETTER TO GET THE WHEN YOU CALL AND TELL US YOU ARE HOME. IT IS
THE SAME DAY NOT UNLESS WE HEAR FROM YOU THE NEXT DAY
IT IS BETTER OFF IN OUR COOLER, THEN YOUR STEPS OUTSIDE.. OUR TRUCKS HAVE TWO AIR CONDITIONERS.

I live in NC and found the shop on Google when searching for a local Roswell florist. I used The Best Little Flower Shop's website to pick a "same day delivery" arrangement. The variety was great and pricing was very reasonable. The online order process was easy and simple. My friend received the arrangement and was overwhelmed with how beautiful they were. She sent me a picture and I would agree, they were gorgeous. Seasonally appropriate, full and lush! I would recommend to anyone looking to have quick and beautiful arrangement in the Roswell area.

The key to making flowers last longer is to change to water daily or every other day & refilling with luke warm water. Bacteria flourishes in the water & clogs the stems when it sits in the vase for days.

Nancy went beyond the call of duty to delivery an arrangement to my goddaughter. She stayed late on a Saturday night to arrange flowers and deliver. I have always been very happy with TBLFS. However, in this case the arrangement was not at all what I expected. I understand that your shop probably did not make the arrangement because it was out of the area. But this arrangement was not at all like the pictured arrangement and the flowers looked like that were just crammed into the vase. For what I paid I expected more.

I apologize for not calling back to verify delivery. The lady who called did not leave a contact #, altho she did state she had my signature of a proof of delivery form. I asked that Gary Smith (who ordered the basket) call to verify delivery on Thursday, as it was storming and I was in traffic during that time. He had called to verify deliver about the same time that the shop did and both left messages. I called him cuz I had his contact #.
